It all began in November 2013, when Zazà Ramen opened its doors for the first time, introducing Milan to an entirely new dining experience: a ramen dinner. At the time, this quintessential Japanese dish was still shrouded in an air of exoticism. Today, Zazà Ramen stands as a landmark in the evolution of Japanese ramen cuisine in Italy, celebrated for its unique blend of authenticity and innovation.

At Zazà, we believe that nature always knows best. This is why we prepare our ramen with fresh, seasonal ingredients and make our noodles from scratch using Molino Quaglia’s high-quality flour. We cherish precision and creativity and put great effort in creating flavourful matches for our meat, fish or vegetable varieties of umami broth.
