Welcome to Zazà Ramen! Our Ramen is composed of a genuine broth without additives, fresh pasta cooked on the spot and a vegetables, meat, or seafood topping. The noodles served in our broth are home made with common wheat flour, cleaned and milled entirely at Molino Quaglia, in the province of Padova.

Three seasonings to flavor the broths:
Miso
fermented soybean paste for a little spiciness and a “velvety” broth
Shoyu
a soy sauce base with a light katsuobushi taste
Shio
savoury with a delicate konbu algae savour
