It happened back in November 2013. Zazà Ramen opened its doors for the first time and treated the Milanese to an unheard-of experience – a ramen dinner. Back then, the typical Japanese preparation still had an exotic reputation. Today, Zazà is recognised as a landmark in the history of Japanese ramen cuisine in Italy.
Our Ramen
At Zazà, we believe that nature always knows best. This is why we prepare our ramen with fresh, seasonal ingredients and make our noodles from scratch using Molino Quaglia’s high-quality flour. We cherish precision and creativity and put great effort in creating flavourful matches for our meat, fish or vegetable varieties of umami broth.
